Poetry Foundation

This website is pretty valid if one is looking for poetry. It has a collection of poems that are listed from A-Z. The website provides poems for children, poems for teens, poem guides, and audio poems. It also gives a list of renowned poets and provides their biography. The website is also visual. Most poems has pictures that goes along with it.  What needs to be added is a comment section where everyone can give their opinions and thoughts.


 Forever 21

This website presents good options to customers. It has different categories which allows ones searches to be easily accessible. For an example, if a customer is looking for a dress, there is a dress option which leads to a different page. This page not only contains dresses but gives the option to choose the customers affordability. Customers can also make their searches easier by choosing the length, size, the color,  style and etc. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the payment site. Once an order has been made, it's nearly impossible to cancel it.  Also the need to have plus size models on there as well.

News 12 the Bronx

This website is informational and very educational. It is updated every single day so viewers are always informed about what is currently going on in the Bronx. It provides news about the weather, news, sports features, numbers links, food and fun things. It is also very visual. It has a lot of videos of criminal activities which makes reading the news more comprehensible. The writing is explicits and are simplified to the readers understanding.

The Celebrity Experience 

 The website provides information about different celebrities and how they had their break through through the "celebrity experience." It gives a little information about the program and does not tell viewers exactly what the program does. It also does not tell viewers if they would have to pay for the program which sucks because, if anyone shows up to any of their auditions without money, they would not be able to get in. The website makes it look as if is if free but it is not. They should include a comment section where others could talk about their experience on the "celebrity experience."

Renaissance High School

The website does not have any important information regarding the school. It just provides the periods and has photos of students on it. It needs to provide the main objective of the school and what their purpose is. It needs to post the programs they offer, their graduation rates and also reasons why parents should take their kids to the school. It also needs to have updates about what goes on in the school.

Joycelyn Opoku 4/19/2018 Journey through the world of an Editor Imovie was a very simple to use in creating a self-portrait and group video. It was not that much of a struggle at all. A lot was learned as Imovie is one of the best video editing software. The program is set-up to enhance the beauty of videos through editing. All the icons on the App are simple to comprehend and one can use it without asking for any instructions. Everything on Imovie is self-explanatory. The program is first opened, there is a square icon on the display screen which has the words “Create new” encoded into it. Once that icon is clicked on, there are two options which are displayed: the first is to create a movie and the second is to create a trailer.
